I hope everyone is enjoying the summer break.
A gentle reminder that boys’ pre-season training starts on Wednesday 19th at 3pm – 6pm. If you want to reduce the shock to your body, start doing a gentle run/erg/swim a couple of times a week.
Girls’ training starts the Monday 24th August at 4pm – 6pm. Start to get those legs moving again!!!
